לְמַ֡עַן אֲשֶׁר֩ לֹא־יִגְבְּה֨וּ בְקוֹמָתָ֜ם כָּל־עֲצֵי־מַ֗יִם וְלֹֽא־יִתְּנ֤וּ אֶת־צַמַּרְתָּם֙ אֶל־בֵּ֣ין עֲבֹתִ֔ים וְלֹֽא־יַעַמְד֧וּ אֵלֵיהֶ֛ם בְּגָבְהָ֖ם כָּל־שֹׁ֣תֵי מָ֑יִם כִּֽי־כֻלָּם֩ נִתְּנ֨וּ לַמָּ֜וֶת אֶל־אֶ֣רֶץ תַּחְתִּ֗ית בְּת֛וֹךְ בְּנֵ֥י אָדָ֖ם אֶל־י֥וֹרְדֵי בֽוֹר׃ (ס)
bis zum Ende, dass keiner der Bäume am Wasser sich in ihrer Statur erhebt, weder seine Spitze zwischen die dicken Äste setzt, noch dass ihre Mächtigen in ihrer Höhe aufstehen, selbst all das, was Wasser trinkt; denn sie sind alle dem Tode ausgeliefert, in die unteren Teile der Erde, inmitten der Menschenkinder, mit denen, die in die Grube hinabsteigen.
