וַיַּשְׁכֵּ֣ם אַבְרָהָ֣ם ׀ בַּבֹּ֡קֶר וַיִּֽקַּֽח־לֶחֶם֩ וְחֵ֨מַת מַ֜יִם וַיִּתֵּ֣ן אֶל־הָ֠גָר שָׂ֧ם עַל־שִׁכְמָ֛הּ וְאֶת־הַיֶּ֖לֶד וַֽיְשַׁלְּחֶ֑הָ וַתֵּ֣לֶךְ וַתֵּ֔תַע בְּמִדְבַּ֖ר בְּאֵ֥ר שָֽׁבַע׃

Da stand Abraham des Morgens früh auf, nahm Brot und einen Schlauch mit Wasser, gab es der Hagar, legte es auf ihre Schulter samt dem Kinde und schickte sie fort. Sie ging und irrte in der Wüste Beerseba (Beer Scheba) umher.
