הַעֵ֤ת לָכֶם֙ אַתֶּ֔ם לָשֶׁ֖בֶת בְּבָתֵּיכֶ֣ם סְפוּנִ֑ים וְהַבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּ֖ה חָרֵֽב׃
'Ist es eine Zeit für Sie selbst, in Ihren Häusern zu wohnen, während dieses Haus verwüstet liegt?

Is it [an appropriate] time for you? This is an interrogative expression; therefore the “heh” is vowelized with a “pattah.”
