הֵן־פָּרַ֣שׂ עָלָ֣יו אוֹר֑וֹ וְשָׁרְשֵׁ֖י הַיָּ֣ם כִּסָּֽה׃

Wohl hat er darüber sein Licht gebreitet, das bis auf den Grund des Meeres dringt.

Behold He spread (on the cloud His rain) and covered the roots of the sea therewith.
