גַּם־אֲנִ֞י אֶבְחַ֣ר בְּתַעֲלֻלֵיהֶ֗ם וּמְגֽוּרֹתָם֙ אָבִ֣יא לָהֶ֔ם יַ֤עַן קָרָ֙אתִי֙ וְאֵ֣ין עוֹנֶ֔ה דִּבַּ֖רְתִּי וְלֹ֣א שָׁמֵ֑עוּ וַיַּעֲשׂ֤וּ הָרַע֙ בְּעֵינַ֔י וּבַאֲשֶׁ֥ר לֹֽא־חָפַ֖צְתִּי בָּחָֽרוּ׃ (ס)

So will auch ich ihren Tand wählen, und wovor ihnen graut, das bring ich über sie, weil ich gerufen und niemand geantwortet hat, geredet und sie nicht gehört haben. Sie taten das Böse in meinen Augen, und das, woran ich kein Gefallen habe, wollten sie.
