כִּֽי־כֹ֣ה ׀ אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה עַל־בֵּית֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ יְהוּדָ֔ה גִּלְעָ֥ד אַתָּ֛ה לִ֖י רֹ֣אשׁ הַלְּבָנ֑וֹן אִם־לֹ֤א אֲשִֽׁיתְךָ֙ מִדְבָּ֔ר עָרִ֖ים לֹ֥א נושבה [נוֹשָֽׁבוּ׃]
Denn so spricht der HERR über das Haus des Königs von Juda: Du bist Gilead für mich, das Haupt des Libanon; Doch ich werde dich mit Sicherheit zu einer Wildnis machen, Städte, die nicht bewohnt sind.

You are [as] Gilead to Me, etc. Even if you are as dear to Me as the Temple, which is high on the mountain peaks, I swear that I will make you a desert.
