כִּֽי־לִפְנֵ֣י לַ֭חְמִי אַנְחָתִ֣י תָבֹ֑א וַֽיִּתְּכ֥וּ כַ֝מַּ֗יִם שַׁאֲגֹתָֽי׃
Denn statt meiner Speise kam mein Gestöhn, und meine Klagen ergießen sich wie Wasser.
