לֹ֤א שָׁלַ֨וְתִּי ׀ וְלֹ֖א שָׁקַ֥טְתִּי וְֽלֹא־נָ֗חְתִּי וַיָּ֥בֹא רֹֽגֶז׃ (פ)

Noch hatte ich keine Ruhe, keine Rast und keine Erholung, und da kam der Schrecken.

I was not at ease from this worry, and behold, trouble has come.
