וְעַתָּה֙ הִשָּׁ֣מְרִי נָ֔א וְאַל־תִּשְׁתִּ֖י יַ֣יִן וְשֵׁכָ֑ר וְאַל־תֹּאכְלִ֖י כָּל־טָמֵֽא׃
Und nun, nimm dich in Acht, trinke weder Wein noch sonst Berauschendes, und iß nichts Unreines.
