וַיִּשְׁלַ֤ח הַמֶּ֙לֶךְ֙ וַיִּקְרָ֣א לְשִׁמְעִ֔י וַיֹּ֣אמֶר ל֗וֹ בְּֽנֵה־לְךָ֥ בַ֙יִת֙ בִּיר֣וּשָׁלִַ֔ם וְיָשַׁבְתָּ֖ שָׁ֑ם וְלֹֽא־תֵצֵ֥א מִשָּׁ֖ם אָ֥נֶה וָאָֽנָה׃

Der König ließ dann Simëi rufen und sprach zu ihm: Baue dir ein Haus in Jerusalem und wohne daselbst; gehe von da nach keiner Richtung fort.

You must never go out from there. In order that he be accessible to him and that he might find him guilty of a capital sin.
