אַ֤ל לַֽמְלָכִ֨ים ׀ לְֽמוֹאֵ֗ל אַ֣ל לַֽמְלָכִ֣ים שְׁתוֹ־יָ֑יִן וּ֝לְרוֹזְנִ֗ים או [אֵ֣י] שֵׁכָֽר׃
Es ist nicht für Könige, oh Lemuel, es ist nicht für Könige, Wein zu trinken. Noch für Fürsten zu sagen: 'Wo ist starkes Getränk?'
