פְּתַח־פִּ֥יךָ לְאִלֵּ֑ם אֶל־דִּ֝֗ין כָּל־בְּנֵ֥י חֲלֽוֹף׃

Öffne deinen Mund für die Stummen, für alle, die zur Zerstörung bestimmt sind.

all whose help has passed Heb. בני חלוף. These are the orphans, whose help has passed and gone away.
