מֵ֭עוֹלָם נִסַּ֥כְתִּי מֵרֹ֗אשׁ מִקַּדְמֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃

Ich war von Anfang an von Ewigkeit her eingerichtet, oder jemals war die Erde.

I was enthroned, from the beginning Heb. נסכתי, an expression of (Ezek. 35): “Princes (נסיכי) of the sons of man.”
