נְאֻֽם־פֶּ֣שַׁע לָ֭רָשָׁע בְּקֶ֣רֶב לִבִּ֑י אֵֽין־פַּ֥חַד אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים לְנֶ֣גֶד עֵינָֽיו׃
Der freventliche Spruch des Bösewichts ist in meinem Herzen sich verstehe ihn wohl]: Es ist keine Gottesfurcht vor seinen Augen.
