הָיִ֣ינוּ חֶ֭רְפָּה לִשְׁכֵנֵ֑ינוּ לַ֥עַג וָ֝קֶ֗לֶס לִסְבִיבוֹתֵֽינוּ׃

Wir sind ein Hohn geworden unsern Nachbarn, Spott und Gelächter unserer Umgebung.

and derision Heb. וקלס, an expression of speech, to speak of them as for a byword.
