יִלְבְּשׁ֣וּ שׂוֹטְנַ֣י כְּלִמָּ֑ה וְיַעֲט֖וּ כַמְעִ֣יל בָּשְׁתָּֽם׃

Mögen meine Widersacher Schimpf anlegen und sich hüllen wie in einen Mantel in ihre Schande.

and enwrap themselves...like a cloak which enwraps and envelops the entire body.
