בַּיָּ֤ם דַּרְכֶּ֗ךָ ושביליך [וּֽ֭שְׁבִֽילְךָ] בְּמַ֣יִם רַבִּ֑ים וְ֝עִקְּבוֹתֶ֗יךָ לֹ֣א נֹדָֽעוּ׃

Durchs Meer ging dein Weg, und dein Pfad durch mächtige Gewässer, und deine Spuren wurden nicht erkannt.

and Your steps were not known The steps are not recognizable on the water. [The word] ועקבותיךָ means trazes in Old French, footprints.
