וְאִם־מִשְׁפַּ֨חַת מִצְרַ֧יִם לֹֽא־תַעֲלֶ֛ה וְלֹ֥א בָאָ֖ה וְלֹ֣א עֲלֵיהֶ֑ם תִּֽהְיֶ֣ה הַמַּגֵּפָ֗ה אֲשֶׁ֨ר יִגֹּ֤ף יְהוָה֙ אֶת־הַגּוֹיִ֔ם אֲשֶׁר֙ לֹ֣א יַֽעֲל֔וּ לָחֹ֖ג אֶת־חַ֥ג הַסֻּכּֽוֹת׃
Und wenn die Familie Ägyptens nicht hinaufgeht und nicht kommt, werden sie keinen Überlauf haben; Es wird die Pest geben, mit der der Herr die Nationen schlagen wird, die nicht hinaufgehen, um das Laubhüttenfest zu halten.
