יְדֵ֣י זְרֻבָּבֶ֗ל יִסְּד֛וּ הַבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּ֖ה וְיָדָ֣יו תְּבַצַּ֑עְנָה וְיָ֣דַעְתָּ֔ כִּֽי־יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת שְׁלָחַ֥נִי אֲלֵיכֶֽם׃
'Die Hände Serubbabels haben den Grundstein für dieses Haus gelegt; seine Hände sollen es auch beenden; und du sollst wissen, dass der Herr der Heerscharen mich zu dir gesandt hat.

and his hands shall complete it now. The word תְּבַצַעְנָה is an expression of completion, as in (Isa. 10: 12) “when the Lord completes all His work.”
