Halakhah zu Kohelet 8:3

Gehe nicht in Taumel von ihm, begib dich auch nicht in Gefahr, denn alles, was er will, tut er.

Kitzur Shulchan Arukh

The reader should always aim to begin reading with a subject favorable for Israel and to end with a subject favorable for Israel. Likewise, he should not end where the evil deed of someone is recorded.48Based on the verse אַל תַּעֲמוֹד בְּדָבָר רָע—“Do not stop at something evil” (Eccl. 8:3).
