בְּאֵ֣ין חָ֭זוֹן יִפָּ֣רַֽע עָ֑ם וְשֹׁמֵ֖ר תּוֹרָ֣ה אַשְׁרֵֽהוּ׃
Wo es keine Vision gibt, werfen die Menschen Zurückhaltung ab; Aber wer das Gesetz hält, der ist glücklich.

And [it] is practiced in every place and at all times by males and females. And one who transgresses it and prostrated himself with spread arms and legs upon stones is flogged. 'But happy is he who guards the commandment.'
