וְהָ֣אָדָ֔ם יָדַ֖ע אֶת־חַוָּ֣ה אִשְׁתּ֑וֹ וַתַּ֙הַר֙ וַתֵּ֣לֶד אֶת־קַ֔יִן וַתֹּ֕אמֶר קָנִ֥יתִי אִ֖ישׁ אֶת־יְהוָֽה׃
Der Mensch hatte seinem Weibe Eva beigewohnt; sie fühlte sich Mutter und gebar den Kai, denn sie sagte: Ich habe ein Menschenwesen erworben, mit Hilfe des Ewigen.

When [Scripture] states know, it is similar to [its use in] Adam knew Eve, his wife (Gen. 4:1). The God of your father refers to [the sefirah] Malkhut, the soul of David. Alternatively, God refers to Malkhut [and] your father [to] Jacob,3The reference is to Tiferet. father of Solomon, who is in Yesod. Thus and serve him, as has been explained.
