Kohelet 5:7 Kabbala: Or Neerav, Zohar & Sefer HaBahir

Or Neerav

Gavoha (“Height”). Essentially [referring] to Eyn Sof; sometimes to the rest of the qualities, as in for one higher than the high watches (Eccles. 5:7). In any event, the “Height” is only [evident] from the addition of his emanation.

Zohar

Come and behold how many causes, (i.e. grades) are concealed. They are enclothed and enveloped by the Sefirot, which are Chariots to them. These causes are hidden from the thoughts of man. Of them, it is written: "For there is a high one that watches over him that is high" (Kohelet 5:7). The lights become brighter. So the recipients are dimmer than those above them are because they are the recipients. No light can bear the presence of the Cause of Causes, because all lights are darkened before it.

Sefer HaBahir

... “The advantage/profit/surplus/yitron of the land/arets over All /bakol is a king” [Ec 5:8] – And what is yitron? A place from which is carved out the earth/arets . . . And what is this “earth”? That from her was carved out the Whole /hakol, and from him (hakol) was carved out heavens, and he is the throne of the Holy One, and he is a precious stone, and he is the sea of wisdom.
