נָ֘תַ֤תָּה לִּירֵאֶ֣יךָ נֵּ֭ס לְהִתְנוֹסֵ֑ס מִ֝פְּנֵ֗י קֹ֣שֶׁט סֶֽלָה׃
Nun hast du denen, die dich fürchten, ein Panier gegeben, sich zu erheben um der Wahrheit willen. Sela.

It is the medicine of life for those who find it on all that comes out of the mouth of God (Deut. 8:3), who has given a banner to those who fear You that it may be displayed because of the truth, Selah (Ps. 60:6).
