In the “Midrash of the ten murdered martyrs” (version III) it is written, “Once Luliano Caesar decided (to study the Torah), he brought ten Sages to interpret the Scriptures for him. He read about the sale of Yosef (by his brothers) and also that if one kidnaps a person, he is put to death.”
