בַּחֹ֨דֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִ֜י בְּאַרְבָּעָ֨ה עָשָׂ֥ר י֛וֹם בֵּ֥ין הָעַרְבַּ֖יִם יַעֲשׂ֣וּ אֹת֑וֹ עַל־מַצּ֥וֹת וּמְרֹרִ֖ים יֹאכְלֻֽהוּ׃
Am vierzehnten des zweiten Monats gegen Abend sollen sie es opfern, mit ungesäuertem Brote und bitteren Kräutern sollen sie es essen.

He would wrap the matsa and marror and eat them together, in order to fulfill what is stated, (Numbers 9:11): "You should eat it upon matsot and marrorim."
