עֹֽטֶה־א֭וֹר כַּשַּׂלְמָ֑ה נוֹטֶ֥ה שָׁ֝מַ֗יִם כַּיְרִיעָֽה׃
Der in Licht sich hüllt wie in ein Gewand, er spannt den Himmel wie einen Teppich.

Praise God! Glorified and exalted above the heavens, He is enwrapped in light as a garment.17Tehillim 104:2. The creation of light is so described in Bereishis Rabbah 3:4. His are the might and greatness, strength and dominion; therefore will He be exalted and His dominion rules over all.
