Midrasch zu Dewarim 1:25
וַיִּקְח֤וּ בְיָדָם֙ מִפְּרִ֣י הָאָ֔רֶץ וַיּוֹרִ֖דוּ אֵלֵ֑ינוּ וַיָּשִׁ֨בוּ אֹתָ֤נוּ דָבָר֙ וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ טוֹבָ֣ה הָאָ֔רֶץ אֲשֶׁר־יְהוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵ֖ינוּ נֹתֵ֥ן לָֽנוּ׃
Und sie nahmen die Frucht des Landes in ihre Hände und brachten sie zu uns herab und brachten uns das Wort zurück und sprachen: 'Gut ist das Land, das der Herr, unser Gott, uns gibt.'
Sifrei Devarim
(Devarim 1:25) "And they took in their hand from the fruit of the land": R. Shimon said: Shameful are these men who took in their hand (such luxuriant fruits [to downgrade their worth]) as one would take in his hand an issar's worth of figs or grapes.
