Midrasch zu Wajikra 26:40
וְהִתְוַדּ֤וּ אֶת־עֲוֺנָם֙ וְאֶת־עֲוֺ֣ן אֲבֹתָ֔ם בְּמַעֲלָ֖ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר מָֽעֲלוּ־בִ֑י וְאַ֕ף אֲשֶׁר־הָֽלְכ֥וּ עִמִּ֖י בְּקֶֽרִי׃
Dann werden sie ihre Schuld bekennen und die Schuld ihrer Väter, dass ob des Verrates, den sie an mir begangen und auch, dass sie mir zuwider gehandelt,
Sifra
3) (Vayikra 26:40) "And they will confess their sins and the sin of their father": This is in respect to repentance. As soon as they confess their sins, I shall return and pity them "for their faithlessness wherein they betrayed Me."
