כֹּֽה־אָמַ֨ר יְהוָ֧ה מֶֽלֶךְ־יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל וְגֹאֲל֖וֹ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֑וֹת אֲנִ֤י רִאשׁוֹן֙ וַאֲנִ֣י אַחֲר֔וֹן וּמִבַּלְעָדַ֖י אֵ֥ין אֱלֹהִֽים׃
Also spricht der Herr, der König Israels und sein Erlöser, der Herr Zebaot: Ich bin der Erste und ich bin der Letzte, außer mir gibt es keinen Gott.

And by the hand of Your servants, the Prophets it is written: “Thus said Adonoy, King of Yisrael and its Redeemer, Adonoy Tzevaos: ‘I am the first and I am the last;33Yeshaya 44:6. According to the Kuzari, “first” is used to preclude the notion that anything existed before Him, but not to assert that He has a beginning. Similarly, “last” is used only to repudiate the idea that there is an end to His existence, not to fix a term for Him. and beside Me, there is no God’.”34Yeshaya 44:6. And it is said: “And deliverers will go up to Mount Tziyon to judge the mount of Esav, and the kingdom will be Adonoy’s.”35Ovadyah 1:21. And it is said: “And Adonoy will be King over the whole earth; on that day Adonoy will be One and His Name One.”36Zecharyah 14:9. In messianic times, Hashem will be recognized as the One and only God by all nations, and they will accept Him willingly, proclaiming His unity.
