וְאָמַרְתָּ֗ כֹּ֚ה אָמַ֣ר הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ שִׂ֥ימוּ אֶת־זֶ֖ה בֵּ֣ית הַכֶּ֑לֶא וְהַאֲכִילֻ֨הוּ לֶ֤חֶם לַ֙חַץ֙ וּמַ֣יִם לַ֔חַץ עַ֖ד בֹּאִ֥י בְשָׁלֽוֹם׃
Und befiehl im Namen des Königs: Tut diesen in das Gefängnis und gebet ihm zu essen, knapp Brot und knapp Wasser, bis ich in Frieden ankomme.
II Chronicles
And say: Thus said the king: Place this one in the prison, and feed him bare bread and bare water [i.e., bread and water sufficing only for survival] until I return in peace.
