בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא קִדַּ֨שׁ הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ אֶת־תּ֣וֹךְ הֶחָצֵ֗ר אֲשֶׁר֙ לִפְנֵ֣י בֵית־יְהוָ֔ה כִּי־עָ֣שָׂה שָׁ֗ם אֶת־הָֽעֹלָה֙ וְאֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה וְאֵ֖ת חֶלְבֵ֣י הַשְּׁלָמִ֑ים כִּֽי־מִזְבַּ֤ח הַנְּחֹ֙שֶׁת֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר לִפְנֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה קָטֹ֗ן מֵֽהָכִיל֙ אֶת־הָעֹלָ֣ה וְאֶת־הַמִּנְחָ֔ה וְאֵ֖ת חֶלְבֵ֥י הַשְּׁלָמִֽים׃
An diesem Tage heiligte der König das Innere des Hofes vor dem Hause des Herrn; denn er opferte dort Ganzopfer und Speiseopfer und das Unschlitt der Mahlopfer, weil der kupferne Altar vor dem Herrn zu klein war, um zu fassen die Ganzopfer und die Speiseopfer und das Unschlitt der Mahlopfer.

And Solomon consecrated the midst of the court before the house of the L rd. For he offered there the burnt-offerings and the fats of the peace-offerings. For [(the stone altar made by Solomon in place of)] the copper altar [(made by Moses)], that was before the L rd, could not contain the burnt-offerings and the meal-offerings and the fats.
