וְשַׂמְתִּ֣י מָ֠קוֹם לְעַמִּ֨י לְיִשְׂרָאֵ֤ל וּנְטַעְתִּיו֙ וְשָׁכַ֣ן תַּחְתָּ֔יו וְלֹ֥א יִרְגַּ֖ז ע֑וֹד וְלֹֽא־יֹסִ֤יפוּ בְנֵֽי־עַוְלָה֙ לְעַנּוֹת֔וֹ כַּאֲשֶׁ֖ר בָּרִאשׁוֹנָֽה׃
Ich habe einen sicheren Ort für mein Volk Israel geschaffen und habe es eingepflanzt, dass es wohne an seiner Stätte und fortan nicht beunruhigt sei und fernerhin ruchlose Menschen es nicht mehr bedrücken, wie früher.

R. Johanan also said in the name of R. Simeon b. Johai : Whoever fixes a place for his prayer, his enemies fall beneath him; as it is said : "And I will appoint a place for My people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in their own place, and be disquieted no more ; neither shall the children of wickedness afflict them any more as at the first" (II Sam. vii. 10).
