מִן־הַגּוֹיִ֗ם אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָֽמַר־יְהוָה֩ אֶל־בְּנֵ֨י יִשְׂרָאֵ֜ל לֹֽא־תָבֹ֣אוּ בָהֶ֗ם וְהֵם֙ לֹא־יָבֹ֣אוּ בָכֶ֔ם אָכֵן֙ יַטּ֣וּ אֶת־לְבַבְכֶ֔ם אַחֲרֵ֖י אֱלֹהֵיהֶ֑ם בָּהֶ֛ם דָּבַ֥ק שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה לְאַהֲבָֽה׃
Von den Völkern, von denen der Herr gesprochen zu den Kindern Israel: Ihr sollt nicht kommen unter sie und sie sollen nicht kommen unter euch [ihr sollt euch mit ihnen nicht vermischen], denn sie würden dann eure Herzen nach ihren Göttern neigen. An diesen nun hing Salomo und liebte sie.
