לְמַעַן֩ יָקִ֨ים יְהוָ֜ה אֶת־דְּבָר֗וֹ אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֣ר עָלַי֮ לֵאמֹר֒ אִם־יִשְׁמְר֨וּ בָנֶ֜יךָ אֶת־דַּרְכָּ֗ם לָלֶ֤כֶת לְפָנַי֙ בֶּאֱמֶ֔ת בְּכָל־לְבָבָ֖ם וּבְכָל־נַפְשָׁ֑ם לֵאמֹ֕ר לֹֽא־יִכָּרֵ֤ת לְךָ֙ אִ֔ישׁ מֵעַ֖ל כִּסֵּ֥א יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
Damit der Herr seine Zusage bestätige, die er über mich ausgesprochen mit den Worten: Wenn deine Söhne achten ihres Weges, zu wandeln vor mir in Wahrhaftigkeit mit ihrem ganzen Herzen und mit ihrer ganzen Seele, so verheiße ich: Es soll von deinem Geschleht nie- mals fehlen an einem Mann auf dem Thron Israels.

When your days are filled and you are [laid] to rest with your fathers, I will establish your offspring after you that will emerge from your bowels; and I will establish his monarchy.'

He will build a Temple for My Name and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever.'

I will be a Father to him and he will be a son to Me. Should he commit iniquity I will rebuke him with the rod of men and with the afflictions of people.'
