כִּ֚י הַֽאֻמְנָ֔ם יֵשֵׁ֥ב אֱלֹהִ֖ים עַל־הָאָ֑רֶץ הִ֠נֵּה הַשָּׁמַ֜יִם וּשְׁמֵ֤י הַשָּׁמַ֙יִם֙ לֹ֣א יְכַלְכְּל֔וּךָ אַ֕ף כִּֽי־הַבַּ֥יִת הַזֶּ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר בָּנִֽיתִי׃
Denn mag wohl in Wahrheit Gott wohnen auf der Erde? Der Himmel und des Himmels Himmel können dich nicht fassen: gar nun dieses Haus, das ich gebaut!

For, indeed, will G d dwell with man on the earth? Behold, the heavens and the heavens cannot contain You — how much more so [can You not be contained] by this house that I have built!
