וְגַם֙ נֵ֣צַח יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל לֹ֥א יְשַׁקֵּ֖ר וְלֹ֣א יִנָּחֵ֑ם כִּ֣י לֹ֥א אָדָ֛ם ה֖וּא לְהִנָּחֵֽם׃
Der Mächtige Israels wird nicht lügen und sich nicht bedenken, denn er ist kein Mensch, sich zu bedenken.
Numbers
God is not like man that He should act falsely, nor is He mortal that He should change His mind. Would He say and not do it? Or speak and not fulfill it ?
