וְהוּא־הִכָּה֩ אֶת־אִ֨ישׁ מִצְרִ֜י אשר [אִ֣ישׁ] מַרְאֶ֗ה וּבְיַ֤ד הַמִּצְרִי֙ חֲנִ֔ית וַיֵּ֥רֶד אֵלָ֖יו בַּשָּׁ֑בֶט וַיִּגְזֹ֤ל אֶֽת־הַחֲנִית֙ מִיַּ֣ד הַמִּצְרִ֔י וַיַּהַרְגֵ֖הוּ בַּחֲנִיתֽוֹ׃
Auch schlug er einen Ägypter, einen Mann von stattlichem Aussehen, in der Hand des Ägypters war eine Lanze; er ging zu ihm hinab mit einem Stocke, und nahm die Lanze aus der Hand des Ägypters und erschlug ihn mit seiner eignen Lanze.
