אֵ֚לֶּה הָֽעֵדֹ֔ת וְהַֽחֻקִּ֖ים וְהַמִּשְׁפָּטִ֑ים אֲשֶׁ֨ר דִּבֶּ֤ר מֹשֶׁה֙ אֶל־בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל בְּצֵאתָ֖ם מִמִּצְרָֽיִם׃

Dies sind die Zeugnisse und die Satzungen und die Verordnungen, die Mose zu den Kindern Israel sprach, als sie aus Ägypten herauskamen.

and the statutes and judgments which Mosheh spake with the sons of Israel at the time when they had come out of Mizraim.
