וְעַתָּה֙ לָ֣מָּה נָמ֔וּת כִּ֣י תֹֽאכְלֵ֔נוּ הָאֵ֥שׁ הַגְּדֹלָ֖ה הַזֹּ֑את אִם־יֹסְפִ֣ים ׀ אֲנַ֗חְנוּ לִ֠שְׁמֹעַ אֶת־ק֨וֹל יְהוָ֧ה אֱלֹהֵ֛ינוּ ע֖וֹד וָמָֽתְנוּ׃
Warum sollten wir nun sterben? denn dieses große Feuer wird uns verzehren; Wenn wir die Stimme des HERRN, unseres Gottes, nicht mehr hören, werden wir sterben.

But now why should we die? For this great fire will devour us; if we again hear the voice of the Word of the Lord our God, we shall die.
