Targum zu Dewarim 1:43

וָאֲדַבֵּ֥ר אֲלֵיכֶ֖ם וְלֹ֣א שְׁמַעְתֶּ֑ם וַתַּמְרוּ֙ אֶת־פִּ֣י יְהוָ֔ה וַתָּזִ֖דוּ וַתַּעֲל֥וּ הָהָֽרָה׃

Also sprach ich zu dir, und du hast nicht gehört; aber ihr rebelliert gegen das Gebot des HERRN und seid anmaßend und geht hinauf in das Hügelland.

And I spake with you, but you would not obey but were rebellious against the Word of the Lord, and did wickedly, and went up to the mountain.
