וּקְשַׁרְתָּ֥ם לְא֖וֹת עַל־יָדֶ֑ךָ וְהָי֥וּ לְטֹטָפֹ֖ת בֵּ֥ין עֵינֶֽיךָ׃
Und du sollst sie für ein Zeichen an deine Hand binden, und sie sollen für Fronten zwischen deinen Augen sein.

And you shall bind them as written signs upon thy left hand, and they shall be for tephillin upon thy forehead over thine eyes.
