Targum zu Dewarim 9:13

וַיֹּ֥אמֶר יְהוָ֖ה אֵלַ֣י לֵאמֹ֑ר רָאִ֙יתִי֙ אֶת־הָעָ֣ם הַזֶּ֔ה וְהִנֵּ֥ה עַם־קְשֵׁה־עֹ֖רֶף הֽוּא׃

Außerdem sprach der Herr zu mir und sprach: 'Ich habe dieses Volk gesehen, und siehe, es ist ein steifes Volk;

And the Lord spake to me saying, the sin of this people is revealed before Me, and behold this people is hard-necked:
