וַהֲסִרֹתִי֙ אֶת־כַּפִּ֔י וְרָאִ֖יתָ אֶת־אֲחֹרָ֑י וּפָנַ֖י לֹ֥א יֵרָאֽוּ׃ (ס)
Dann will ich meine Hand wegtun, und du siehst meinen Rücken [meine Erscheinung], aber mein Wesen kann nicht gesehen werden.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And I will make the host of angels who stand and minister before Me to pass by, and thou shalt see the handborder of the tephilla of My glorious Shekinah; but the face of the glory of My Shekinah thou canst not be able to see.
