וַיְחַזֵּ֤ק יְהוָה֙ אֶת־לֵ֣ב פַּרְעֹ֔ה וְלֹ֥א שָׁמַ֖ע אֲלֵהֶ֑ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֛ר דִּבֶּ֥ר יְהוָ֖ה אֶל־מֹשֶֽׁה׃ (ס)
Aber der Herr verhärtete das Herz Pharaos, dass er nicht auf sie hörte, so wie der Herr zu Mose geredet hatte.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And the Lord hardened the design of Pharoh's heart, and he would not hearken to them, as the Lord had said to Mosheh.
