וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הַשְׁלִיכֵ֣הוּ אַ֔רְצָה וַיַּשְׁלִיכֵ֥הוּ אַ֖רְצָה וַיְהִ֣י לְנָחָ֑שׁ וַיָּ֥נָס מֹשֶׁ֖ה מִפָּנָֽיו׃
Da sprach [Gott]: Wirf ihn auf die Erde! Und [Mose] warf ihn auf die Erde und er ward zur Schlange, und Mose entfloh vor ihr.
Targum Jonathan on Exodus
And He said, Cast it on the ground; and he cast it to the ground, and it became a serpent; and Mosheh fled from before it.
