Targum zu Bereschit 17:15

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֱלֹהִים֙ אֶל־אַבְרָהָ֔ם שָׂרַ֣י אִשְׁתְּךָ֔ לֹא־תִקְרָ֥א אֶת־שְׁמָ֖הּ שָׂרָ֑י כִּ֥י שָׂרָ֖ה שְׁמָֽהּ׃

Und Gott sprach zu Abraham: Deine Frau Sarai sollst Du nicht ferner Sarai nennen, sondern Sara soll ihr Name sein.

And the Lord said to Abraham, The name of Sara thy wife shall be no more called Sara; for Sarah shall be her name.
