Targum zu Bereschit 18:26

וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יְהוָ֔ה אִם־אֶמְצָ֥א בִסְדֹ֛ם חֲמִשִּׁ֥ים צַדִּיקִ֖ם בְּת֣וֹךְ הָעִ֑יר וְנָשָׂ֥אתִי לְכָל־הַמָּק֖וֹם בַּעֲבוּרָֽם׃

Da sprach der Ewige: Wenn ich in Sodom fünfzig Gerechte in der Stadt finden werde, so will ich dem ganzen Ort um ihretwillen vergeben.

And the Lord said, If I find in Sedom fifty innocent in the midst of the city who pray before Me, I will forgive all the land on their account.
