Targum zu Bereschit 26:21

וַֽיַּחְפְּרוּ֙ בְּאֵ֣ר אַחֶ֔רֶת וַיָּרִ֖יבוּ גַּם־עָלֶ֑יהָ וַיִּקְרָ֥א שְׁמָ֖הּ שִׂטְנָֽה׃

Dann gruben sie einen andern Brunnen, aber auch um diesen stritten sie; daher nannte er ihn Sitna (Verfeindung).

And they digged another well; and they contended for it also; and it dried, and did not flow again. And he called the name of it (Sitnah) Accusation.
