Targum zu Bereschit 40:10

וּבַגֶּ֖פֶן שְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה שָׂרִיגִ֑ם וְהִ֤יא כְפֹרַ֙חַת֙ עָלְתָ֣ה נִצָּ֔הּ הִבְשִׁ֥ילוּ אַשְׁכְּלֹתֶ֖יהָ עֲנָבִֽים׃

Und an dem Weinstock waren drei Ranken; und wie er grünte, kam die Blüte hervor, und seine Büschel reiften zu Trauben.

And in the vine were three branches; and as it sprouted it brought forth buds, and immediately they ripened into clusters, and became grapes.
